We arrived in Layton, Utah yesterday at noon and I'm so happy to be here for Christmas! I surprised my parents yesterday afternoon by going to the Commissary and they walked in and saw us! We also surpised Steve's Mom too by just stopping by her place. She couldn't believe it either!!
We were going to leave on the 17th, but decided to leave earlier to try and beat the big snow storm. I'm so glad we did because it was a 15 hour trip, 10 hours the first day and about 5 hours yesterday. The snow didn't really hit us until Provo, but we made it safely.
